Reporting illegal content (article 16)
Pages created with Smoothfunnels can be hosted by us and shared through a public preview link. If you believe such a page contains illegal content, use the report form. You do not need an account. Every hosted and preview page also carries a “Report this page” link.
Your notice should contain: the exact address (URL) of the page, an explanation of why the content is illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the notice is accurate and complete.
What happens next
- You receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
- A person at Smoothware OÜ reviews the notice. We do not use automated means to decide on takedowns.
- If we disable access to the page, the page’s owner receives a statement of reasons (article 17): what we decided, the facts and circumstances, whether the decision followed a notice, the legal or contractual ground, and how to contest it. We do not disclose your identity to the owner unless that is strictly necessary.
- You receive our decision and the reasons, together with information on how to contest it.
Moderation rules (article 14)
What is and is not allowed on pages we host is set out in the acceptable-use section of our Terms of Service. We restrict content when it is illegal or when it breaches those terms, and we disable access to the specific page instead of deleting the owner’s account or content. Restrictions apply in all countries until further notice.
Complaints and redress (articles 20 and 21)
If you disagree with a decision, you can lodge a complaint with us at info@smoothfunnels.ai within 6 months of the decision. You may also bring the dispute to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under article 21 of the Digital Services Act, or to a court.
